We take good care of your data. At DVC we conduct technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unauthorized destruction, accidental loss or any other form of unauthorized processing. 1. PERSONAL DATA
We record the ordinary personal data about our customers. It is information, such as:

• Purchase information
When you place order (s) of goods or services, we store your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail into an electronic customer database, which is only available for DVC’s ‘ administrative staff. When we receive your personal information, we seek your consent and ensures that you know what information is stored.
As a customer with us, you have the right to revoke your registration at any time. You also have the right to see which of your personal data we have stored. These rights are considered part of GDPR. 2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND THE PURPOSE
The purpose of the collection of the information is to be able to process the order and delivery, as well as bookkeeping requirements. Furthermore, the aim is to be able to advise you and to customize our communication and cooperation.

• When you make a booking or ask for a quotation on purchase/rental of goods or services – Either via contact forms, by email or by telephone.
• When you contact us via the forms on our website
• When browsing our site (cookies and statistics)
• When you send e-mail to our customer service

Personal data collected by DVC, be used as a starting point only internally and will not be shared or disclosed to third parties, unless we are required to disclose information in order to comply with Danish law, or we are required to do this by dom.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We store your information for up to 5 years from the end of the fiscal year, the information relates, in which case the information is deleted.

Usage data is data that is collected when you visit our website. When customers visit dvc.dk, we detect how navigating on our Web site – including how you came to our site, which of our pages are visited and how often. We do this to better understand our customers ‘ behaviour so we can improve and optimize our website’s features, for the benefit of all our customers.
7.1 What are COOKIES?
A cookie is a small text file which the website you visit requests to be allowed to store on your computer, tablet or smartphone. It makes it possible to identify you as a user on a website. A cookie is a term for the fact that a user’s behavior on a network is registered with the user (on the user’s computer, tablet or smartphone). 9. WEB STATISTICS AND MARKETING
In order to further develop and improve our Web pages we are statistics on how users interact with the website. The statistics used in summarized form, for example, to see what pages and browsers our customers use most. This information gives a better insight into user patterns, and is used to improve the pages that prove difficult to navigate around. Information is also used to optimize the design and ease of use.

10. COOPERATION AREA
We reserve the right to contact you via email or telephone in relation to the administration of your account with us. We reserve the right to have access to and to provide individually identifiable information to comply with applicable law, court decisions and legal regulatory requirements, and to be able to operate the systems properly and to protect ourselves and our users.
11. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
If we decide to make changes in our policy on the protection of personal information, these changes will be placed on our website: dvc.dk.
12. YOUR RIGHTS
We process and respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, and no later than one month after we have received your request.
12.1 YOU ARE ENTITLED ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have to a any time the right to be informed of what data we process about you, where they come from, what we use them for, as well as info on how long we store your personal data.
If you request it, we can inform you about the data we process about you. However, access can be limited for the sake of other people’s privacy.

12.2 YOU ARE ENTITLED TO HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION DELETED
If you believe that the information that we process about you is wrong or incorrect, you have the right to get these corrected or deleted.
If we agree with you in that the information which we are discussing is incorrect or contains errors, delete or inform them as soon as possible.
Deletion or correction of personal information, however, will not happen if the DVC is legally obliged to keep all or parts of your personal data, or it is necessary to keep these personal data to a legal claim can be defined or defended. In such cases, we will only keep the information that we are legally obliged or entitled to, and want to delete other personal data about you.
